AABC was founded by Philip Tan in 2019. Philip Tan is a self-directed and driven business leader who is known as forward thinker with board experience across various industries. Currently the COO of Auswell International Group, whereby he specializes in property sales, development and business advisory. The group is well represented through their offices in Melbourne, China, Cambodia and Singapore.
Before real estate, Philip was a successful entrepreneur in Singapore which established his position as a market leader in cleaning services & waste management. He was also involved in ‘ISCOS’; a co-operative with convict, ex-offenders and illegal migrants to assist employability back into the workforce.
In addition to his career’s successes, he is actively involved in the state of Victoria at his current position; Regional Advisory Council (RAC) under the Victorian Multicultural Commission. The RAC’s role is to provide critical on-the-ground insights and potential solutions into issues such as migrant and refugee settlement, youth education & employment services, housing, citizenship, family violence and other community concerns. His passion to share knowledge, provide support to new generations of business leaders and to advocate in society for the advancement and greater success for Australia.
